On 8th March 2024, Navjeevan Community Development Society along with Dayspring Clinic celebrated the women who runs the organization and are the pillars of the work we do.
We at Navjeevan have considered Empowering the women as a core issue we work at each day. With the view of empowering women in various parts of our nation, we have set up Silai classes. Those trained under the Silai classes (sewing classes) are empowered financially by setting up their own workplaces and thereby gaining the ability to support and take care of their families. Navjeevan is proud of its team of women volunteers, who teach the children in the Free tuition classes.
Our goal is to train, empower and include more women to be part of our work force that tries to impact the society, to empower other women as well as those who need the helping hands. When adversities come, a woman who is strong can stand up for herself. But a stronger women stands up for those who cannot defend themselves and helps to empower others. We hope in the coming days we will be able to train up stronger women who can help the helpless to be stronger and to help them stand on their own feet.
