• Information collected through the NCDS website is maintained and used by internal, authorised personnel only.
• We do not release or use your information for any other purpose unless we have your consent, and we do not trade or sell your personal information to other organisations.
• Donors may request at any time to stop receiving our solicitations, or to opt out of specific mailings such as our newsletter.
• Browsing this website does not register your personal information, apart from the time, date and place captured anonymously by our service provider. This information is not shared with any external agency.
• Information you submit through our contact forms is not shared with others. However, where you publish your own information in our social media groups, pages, blogs or comment areas, NCDS is not liable at any time for any claim or loss arising from it.
• NCDS is not liable for any loss, damage or harm caused by the misuse of personal information by a third party — including any party tracked through a linked site on social media — who is not authorised personnel of NCDS.

Donor information

When donating to NCDS, patrons must submit the personal details listed below. This is a mandatory requirement of the Government of India, and it also allows us to issue receipts for your contribution.

Refund & cancellation

Donations made to NCDS cannot ordinarily be claimed for refund or cancellation.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts.
